I have been enjoying a real estate career at Russ Lyon/Sotheby’s International Realty, in the Carefree / North Scottsdale area for over twenty-five years. I have many times been ranked number one company-wide of 700 realtors and am consistently ranked in the top 1%. However, I consider the number of people who continue to do business with me over and over, as well as refer me to their families and friends, my biggest accomplishment. Stacy Paluscio

Stacy Paluscio, a licensed real estate agent, joined us the summer of 2006 from a local company, working with Fortune 500 companies helping to plan their incentive packages. A Valley of the Sun resident for over 25 years, Stacy lives in the Carefree/Cave Creek area and has four children ranging in age from junior high up through college.. Her knowledge of the surrounding communities of North Scottsdale/Carefree area, along with her integrity, loyalty and a strong work ethic matches up with our level of service to our clients.

Darcy Whalen

Darcy Whalen recently joined Russ Lyon/Sotheby's International Realty to assist with the management of transactions and listings. She obtained her real estate license and scored exceptionally high on her exam. Darcy graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Business College at the University of Arizona. Darcy has been a Valley of the Sun resident for almost 30 years. She lives in the Carefree/Cave Creek area with her husband and two elementary age children. She is very active with the Cave Creek Unified School District.
